Founder & Principal
Melissa Sariffodeen is an award-winning entrepreneur recognized as one of Canada’s “Top 40 Under 40” with a proven track record of strong leadership, execution, and building organizations. Over nearly two decades, she has built and led high performing multi-generational teams and created considerable economic and social impact.
As Co-Founder and former CEO of Canada Learning Code, Melissa transformed a grassroots idea into one of Canada’s most recognized education and technology organizations — an eight-figure organization that created over one million learning experiences nationwide. She led the organization through sustained growth, fundraising over $50M, national expansion, and ultimately, a successful acquisition in 2025.
Melissa has traveled to every province and territory across Canada, visiting hundreds of cities and towns and meeting with business owners, operators, educators, and community leaders. This national perspective has given her a deep appreciation for the grit, pride, and responsibility that come with building something meaningful.
Born and raised in London, Ontario to a blue-collar family, Melissa learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and community — values that continue to shape how she leads today. She taught herself to code when she was 11, holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School and a Master’s from the University of Toronto.

We’re searching for one great business to own and grow — one that’s ready for its next chapter.
This will be a majority buyout (85%+), and Melissa will step in as CEO to run the day to day, allowing the owner to either transition out completely or scale back their time.
On the financial side, we’re looking for a company earning $1–5M in EBITDA that is growing, has predictable revenue, low capex and could benefit from our experience and skill-set.
We’re interested primarily in human-centric, community-anchored service-based businesses in education, healthcare and essential services but open to seeing really strong businesses that play to our skills.
